These data relate to property transactions, rentals and associated migration within England and Wales between 2014 and 2021. Transaction data covers over 5M property listings from major England and Wales property portals while rental data covers over 4M listings. The series have been corroborated with land registry sales and Royal Mail re-directions to produce a hindsight data view of:
- Listings for Sale; Transactions recorded; Move Dates evidenced; Destination postcodes
- Listings for Rent; Transactions recorded; Rental Dates; Destination postcodes
