The PDV Consumer Lifestyle Surveys contain two consumer datasets- DLG and MyOffers (MO)- which have been supplied by PDV ltd. to use consumer lifestyle data for data-driven marketing campaigns in the UK. CDRC holds a copy of the DLG and MO data products, which are available as anonymised and spatially generalised records within our secure infrastructure only for bona fide research purposes.
The datasets benefit from being very comprehensive consumer lifestyle surveys on households for a wide spectrum of topics across a variety of socio-economic characteristics. The combined datasets comprise of over 10 million records, each with hundreds of variables (some are blank for many respondents). Most data was collected between 2008 and 2021, with some older and newer records from 2001-2023 also available. The PDV datasets offer many observations at the geographical level of the Census 2021 Lower Super Output Area (LSOA).
